Projects and Integration Manager, Spire Homecare

Caroline Burfield is Projects and Integration Manager at Spire Homecare, supporting every department. She started in care at 18 while studying for a degree in Psychology, working for the care franchise her parents had bought, and went on to run that company for 27 years, buying the franchise outright and rebranding it. Spire Homecare acquired the business in March 2026, when it became Spire Homecare Midsomer. Caroline has also worked as a project manager at a digital agency, running website projects with developers, designers and content writers, and now leads Spire Homecare's website and branding.
