Day-to-day support can cover personal care and daily routines, meal preparation, medication prompts or assistance as agreed, help with mobility, companionship, light household tasks, and overnight reassurance if it is included in your care plan.
A suitable room for the carer, access to bathroom and kitchen facilities, clear information about routines and risks, and medication and equipment available in the home. Just let us know if your needs change.
