Spire Homecare is a locally based homecare provider supporting people across Somerset and Wiltshire. Our care helps people remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes, planned around their assessed needs, routines and choices.
Spire Homecare was founded in December 2016 as a family-run business with a simple belief: that people deserve outstanding care in the comfort of their own homes.
What began as a single office has grown into a CQC-regulated provider of domiciliary and live-in care across Wiltshire, Somerset, and Bath & North East Somerset, with five local branches and a team of more than 250 dedicated carers and office staff.
Despite our growth, we remain proudly family-owned and led — the values we started with still guide every visit we make.
We provide homecare: from occasional visits through to full live-in care. That covers personal care, domestic support, medication assistance, dementia support, respite care and end of life care, always in line with a care plan agreed with you first.
Every enquiry starts with a conversation and a personalised care assessment, so the support fits around real life rather than the other way round.
Care is coordinated by 5 local offices: Salisbury, Trowbridge, Frome, Yeovil and Midsomer Norton. Each has its own Registered Manager, Care Coordinator and Field Care Supervisor, so clients and families know exactly who to contact and how changes in care are managed.
Behind the local offices sits one head office team handling training, recruitment, compliance, payroll and operations, so care staff are supported and standards stay consistent.
