We arrange an initial conversation, then a personalised care assessment. Care is planned around your assessed needs, routines and choices, with clear next steps agreed before any support starts.
Which areas do you cover?
Five local offices coordinate care across Somerset and Wiltshire: Salisbury, Trowbridge (with Warminster, Westbury and Devizes), Frome, Yeovil, and Midsomer Norton (with Radstock, Bath and Keynsham).
Who will I be dealing with?
Your local office. Each office has its own Registered Manager, Care Coordinator and Field Care Supervisor, so clients and families know who to contact and how changes in care are managed.
