Care Worker, Spire Homecare

Rachel Bodley is a care worker at Spire Homecare's Trowbridge branch. She first started care work during Covid, went back to working in a spa when restrictions lifted, and returned to care because that was where she found the satisfaction in her work. She joined Spire Homecare just over two years ago and completed her Level 3 Lead Adult Care Worker apprenticeship alongside working five days a week and raising two young children.
